Alper Sarikaya — Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 2 quarts ice cream
• 1 container hot fudge
• 24 oreo cookies
• 2 C heavy cream
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 C flour
• 1/4 C cocoa powder
• 1 C sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 C coffee
• 1/3 C olive oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
