This French Bread Pizza recipe is by far my favorite, simple as can be yet somehow a little sophisticated too.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups lightly packed arugula leaves, coarsely chopped (about 2 ounces)
- 1 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese (4 ounces) *
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (3/4 ounce) *
