Ingredients

• 500gm packs of pork mince
• 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
• 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
• 1 tsp freshly minced garlic
• 1 stick of celery
• 1 small onion
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp tomato chutney
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 egg, whisked (reserve 1 tbsp for brushing)
• ½ tsp sesame seeds (optional)
