Yummy! It is so moist, but it is the sauce that makes this one good. My kids and husband eat it right up!
Ingredients
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix (I use Liptons)
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
