• 2 tablespoons of mustard
• 1/2 cup of pickled gherkins
• 8 ounces of cooked corned beef
• 4 slices of swiss cheese
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 potato
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 3 tablespoons of lime juice
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
• 6 cups of water
• 1 pinch of rock salt
• 1 pinch of black pepper
