oatmeal raisin cookie - Lisi's Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (use half if using table salt)
• 2 and 2/3 cups rolled oats
• 8 ounces (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened at room temp
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (I happen to like milk chocolate here, but many prefer dark or semi)
• 2/3 cup raisins
