This is my all-time favourite fudge flavour. It’s sweet, creamy, salty and crumbly all at the same time.
Ingredients
- 1 x 397g (14oz) can condensed milk
- 120g (4.5oz) unsalted butter
- 250g (1¼ cups) light brown sugar
- 270g (9.5oz) white chocolate, broken into pieces
- ½ tsp flaky salt + extra for sprinkling
