- Lightly Toast Bread slices it must be very soft toast like 1min
- Smear Butter lightly
- Smear Sauces of your choice on the slice
- Now cut each slice length wise into 3
- Place filling of choice on each
- Now cut each of the 3 into halves (so you have 6 mini Squares)
- Top with Cheese and garnish as you please
