• 2⅔ cups (333 g) all-purpose flour

• 1 cup (250 ml) plain kefir (OR buttermilk), divided
• 3 large eggs
• 4 tsp (20 ml) pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup (227 g) butter, cubed
• ⅔ cup (145 g) Redpath® Golden Yellow Sugar, packed
• ⅔ cup (133 g) Redpath® Special Fine Granulated Sugar
