- 300ml of whole milk
- 300ml of double cream
- 2 vanilla pods, split and seeds scraped
- 250g of caster sugar
- 4 gelatine leaves, soaked in cold water
- 1000g of Greek yoghurt
- 200g of strawberries, washed and hulled
- 100g of granola
- sorrel leaves
