Stew recipe by Salmah Dendar

Ingredients

• 1 big onion(grated)
• Potato cut in fours
• Green beans(I used frozen)
• Any veggies of choice..or in season...
• Add:
• 1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon red chillies
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)(turmeric)
• Sprinkle of ground black pepper
• ½ cup sour milk/yoghurt
• 2 liquidised tomatoes
• 2 tablespoon tomato paste
