• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (1 and 1/4 cups)
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for garnishing
