Ingredients

• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 2 ribs of celery, chopped
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/4 pound chicken livers, chopped
• 1/4 pound chicken gizzards, chopped
• 1/2 pound ground beef
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in ½ cup hot water
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• Cayenne pepper, to taste
• 3 cups cooked rice
