Ingredients

• 2 lb baby potatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• kosher salt and pepper (as needed)
• 1 bunch asparagus
• 1 ½ cups snap peas
• 1 ½ cups frozen green peas (thawed)
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp honey
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• ⅓ cup light olive oil
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (plus extra for garnish)
