• 1/2 ts Celery seed
• 1 ts Dry oregano
• 1/4 c Chopped celery leaves
• 1 1/2 lb Potatoes
• 1 1/2 tb olive oil
• 2 tb Balsamic vinegar
• 1 c Sliced onion
