- Tinned Garden Peas: 170g
- Fresh Basil: 2 handfuls
- Lemon: Juice of 1/3
- Lazy Garlic: 1 level tsp
- Soft Cheese: 2 tbsp
- Mature Cheddar: A handful, grated (optional)
