• 1.5kg prawns
• 2tbs oil
• 1 head garlic crushed
• 1 handful of chives chopped
• 125g butter
• 600mls cream
• ½-1tbs curry powder
• Salt and pepper.
• Add oil to pan, heat up and add your prawns.
