• 4 lamb shoulder chops ((double this if using lamb loin chops as they are smaller))
• 1 tbsp dried rosemary
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup water
