- 1 1/2 oz bourbon (we like Old Forester)
- 1 oz Pumpkin Spice-Ginger syrup (recipe follows)
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 dashes of sassafras and sorghum bitters
- soda water
- nutmeg for garnish
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp clove
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 oz or 1/2 cup of packed freshly chopped ginger
