- 2 teaspoon chopped fine garlic + 3 Tablespoon garlic butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground green chillies
- ¼ teaspoon parsley & a dash of paprika and mixed herbs
- Can add ¼ teaspoon mazeina to thicken sauce slightly
