• 1 cup finely-chopped sweet yellow onion
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon good quality poultry seasoning
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 2 cups chopped Broccoli florets (tops only)
• 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 cup Hellman’s Light Mayonnaise
• 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup water
