• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• Filling
• 3 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
• 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
• OR 2 teaspoons fines herbes
• 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• Egg Glaze
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tablespoon water
