Creamy Cajun Pasta - foodsofjane

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb pasta (I used gf fettuccini)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 5 minced or grated garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp cajun seasoning
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes (optional for more texture)
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
