- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- COATING:
- 24 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 tablespoons shortening
