Beloved traditional British flapjacks we grew up with in England, deliciously moist and gooey, with a special twist of Fig, Pear & Honey for extra sweet & savor
Ingredients
- 10 oz rolled oats
- 5 oz unsalted butter
- 5 oz Golden Syrup (Lyle's) or Maple Syrup
- 4 oz light brown sugar
- 1½ oz chopped hazelnuts
- 1½ oz pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Blake Hill's Caramelized Fig with Pear and Honey Jam
