- 6 cups (1440ml) filtered water, divided
- 3/4 cup (144g) allulose or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp (12g) fresh lemon zest
- 1/4 cup (12g) fresh mint leaves
- 1/8 tsp (0.5g) sea salt (enhances flavor)
