Ingredients

• 4 large, ripe avocados
• 1/2 cup diced, seeded plum tomatoes
• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
• 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño, seeds removed (adding seeds adds heat so choose carefully!)
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
