• 1 cup whipping cream (250 mL)
• 2 tbsps butter or margarine (30 mL)
• 2 tbsps HERSHEY'S Cocoa (30 mL)
• 2 tbsps water (30 mL)
• 1 cup icing sugar (250 mL)
