• 8 cups vegetable broth
• 3 clove garlic (minced)
• ½ onion (diced)
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 19 oz. cannellini beans (undrained)
• ¼ tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. thyme
• 1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag
• 2 cups rotini pasta
• 2 cups spinach, fresh (roughly chopped)
