Strawberry Spritz Recipe

Ingredients

• 3-4 fresh strawberries , hulled and sliced.
• 1 oz (30 ml) strawberry puree , prepared fresh or store-bought.
• 2 oz (60 ml) Aperol or any orange-flavored liqueur.
• 3 oz (90 ml) Prosecco , chilled.
• 1 oz (30 ml) soda water , chilled.
• Ice cubes , enough to fill the glass.
• Fresh mint leaves and a strawberry slice for garnish (optional).
