- 1 oz (30 ml) strawberry puree, prepared fresh or store-bought.
- 2 oz (60 ml) Aperol or any orange-flavored liqueur.
- 3 oz (90 ml) Prosecco, chilled.
- 1 oz (30 ml) soda water, chilled.
- Ice cubes, enough to fill the glass.
- Fresh mint leaves and a strawberry slice for garnish (optional).
