• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano (or with basil and garlic)
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 package (15 ounce) refrigerated pie crusts (softened as directed on the instructions of package)
• 1 (1 8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 6 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Pinch white pepper
