• 2 tbsp Lemon juice 30 ml
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 20 ml
• 1 tbsp Chives, finely chopped 15 ml
• 1 tsp Honey 5 ml
• <strong>Salad</strong>
• 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved horizontally
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice 15 ml
• 6 cups Baby spinach 140 g
• 2 Cucumbers, cut into thin rounds
• 1 Ripe avocado, diced and drizzled with lemon juice
• 1 Small shallot, cut into thin rounds
• 1 cup Fresh strawberries, quartered 170 g
