• ⅓ cup Packed pitted dates
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla
• 1 large Egg or fatfree equivalent
• ⅓ cup Applesauce or mashed banana
• 1¾ cup Old fashioned rolled oats
• 1 cup Plus 2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons Baking powder
• ½ teaspoon Salt
• 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
• 1 pinch Ground cloves
• ½ cup Raisins
• 2 cups Non fat or rice or soy milk
• ⅔ cup Raisins
