• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 1 can Alaska Classic Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk 160ml Buy now
• 1 pc whole egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup peanuts
• in a bowl, whisk together butter and white sugar until mixture light ens. add in alaska classic condensed filled milk, vanilla and egg, and mix until cream y and well- combine d.
• add all-purpose flour, baking soda and peanuts, and mix until just combine d. chill the mixture for one hour before forming the cookies.
• pre-heat your oven to 180ºc. scoop and form 1.5 inch balls. bake for 7 minutes until cookies have flattened and grown at least twice its dough size. cool before serving. makes at least 24 cookies.
