  • 100g Dark chocolate (75% cocoa solids will give the best flavour)
  • 150ml whole milk
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 25ml amaretto
  • 125g Caster sugar
  • 60g soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g Self raising flour sifted
