Ingredients

• 5 x Cherry Tomatoes sliced
• 1 pinch Chilli Powder
• 2 cloves Garlic finely diced
• 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
• 0.75 tsp Ground Cumin
• 2 x Lime juice only
• 0.5 medium Red Onion finely diced
• 0.5 tsp Salt
• 4 x Avocado ripe (but not bruised)
• 1 bunch Fresh Coriander finely chopped
