• 1 pack divided into three portions Gardenia Cheese Buns
• 1 Piece Chicken Breast fillet, medium
• Salt to taste
• pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp dried Garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp Italian Herbs Spice Mix
• 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
• Flour
• 1/4 cup Room Temperature Egg
• Season Bread Crumbs 1 cup Crushed Bread Crumbs
• 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
• Cooking oil
• Italian Tomato sauce 1 can Crushed canned tomato
• Sugar to taste
• Optional Cayenne Pepper optional to taste
• Italian Herbs mix spices optional to taste
