- 100 g (4 oz) pitted black olives, halved
- 100 g (4 oz) sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and sliced
- 450 g (1 lb) fresh pappardelle or tagliatelle
- 50 g (2 oz) Parmesan cheese, grated
