• 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 oz thinly sliced pepperoni, (cut into quarters)
• 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
• About ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
