• ½ lb bean sprouts
• ½ lb shredded cabbage
• 1 medium (1 cup) chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 package (20) egg roll wrappers
• Oil for frying
