• 6 Tbsp Butter
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp Garlic salt or 1/4 tsp garlic powder + scant 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp Onion powder
• 1-3 Tbsp Tabasco (~3 Tbsp works well)
