• 3/4 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
• 4 tsps milk
• 3/4 tsp lemon juice
• 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil*
• 1 medium zucchini, finely grated
• 2 tsps vanilla extract
• 2 cups HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (one 12 oz bag)
