Polony Puri recipe by Shahin Pathan

Ingredients

• 2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons butter
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 + cups flour
• add flour and stir vigorously until it forms a ball.
• 1 roll polony sliced
• 3 potatoes boiled and mashed with little butter and milk,salt and pepper
• 2 beaten eggs
• Breadcrumbs
