Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 60ml dry white wine
• 15ml chives, finely chopped
• salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 2,5ml olive oil
• 12 sun-dried tomatoes in vinaigrette or olive oil
• 60g rocket leaves
• 125ml (75g) Parmesan, grated
