Ingredients

• 2 ⅔ cups granulated sugar
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ¼ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt
• 4 large eggs, at room tempurature
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• ¼ cup water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups walnuts, roasted and roughly chopped
• 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
