• 0.25 cup toasted almonds
• 1 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
• Pinch of salt
• 0.5 cup unsalted butter
• 1 large egg yolk
• 0.25 tsp almond extract
• 5 packages of softened cream cheese (8 oz or 227 g each)
• 1.67 cups sugar
• 2 tsp grated lemon zest
• 5 large eggs plus 2 yolks
• 0.25 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp amaretto liqueur
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
