Lazy Acres - Heirloom Navel Orange Marmalade With Earl Grey Tea

Ingredients

• 3 large heirloom oranges washed and dried
• 2 lemons washed and dried
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 Smith Teamaker Lord Bergamont tea bags, or other Earl Grey tea bags
• 5 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil or unsalted butter
• 1 (3-oz) pouch Ball Liquid Pectin (don’t substitute with another brand)
