To mark the occasion of our final days, Patrick Ormerod, bartender at Louisville's North End Cafe, created the Kentucky Monthly Doomsday Cocktail, a rum-based libation with Fernet, lime and mint.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces rum
- ¾ ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce Fernet
- 6-7 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
