• 3 squares Lowney’s Premium Chocolate
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup boiling water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated gelatine
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup scalded milk
• whip from 3 cups cream
• 2 squares Lowney’s Premium Chocolate or 1/2 cup Lowney’s Cocoa
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 2 cups milk
• 2 egg whites
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
